birthday weekend and Mini Cooper!

Friday was our company picnic.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
midnytetragedy accompanied me and we shot photos (of everyone else) all day. It was fun.-- well as fun as a work picnic can be: watching kids play with water balloons and the guys attempting baseball.
We didnt have to stay the whole time, so we left a bit early.
Soooo, for my birthday,midnytetragedy is taking me to see Phantom of the opera -- later this year. :)
and she gave me a gift formdizzy88 Cinderella DVD (the band, not the disney movie)

Later that evening,chronivore suprised me with a dozen roses and a cute lil card! a bit later he took me to the The Melting Pot for dinner and to my suprise, there was another rose arrangement there! AAANNNDDD afer a fabulous dinner we got our picture taken!
OMG teh CUTENESS! :P
Afterward, we got a horror movie that was exactly what I expected: cheesy but fun... called Side Sho it has the best opening credits I have seen in awhile-- the names were in what appeared to be sideshow canvas banners in vintage photos. The story was predictable, but fun.
On my actual birthday, though, I was rollercoastering all day. after I made some snacks for the RPG game, I headed off for some yard sale shopping. I tried to get gas but blocked my pin on my debit card again from not putting the right one in. :( so I spent the rest of the afternoon on the phone with thebank at home. They werent finished with the game when I got back so I went to sleep. Mexican helped my mood later, as well as more fun movie watching of Sleepaway Camp. I still dont get why its scary. The ending is too anticlimatic to me, though the killin' SFX makeup is nicely done. :shrug:
Sunday morning, was wonderful.
I came home to another rose bouquet and a chocolate torte cake fromseven_veils THANK YOU!

Unfortunately the heat was WAY too much for the first bouquet on the right. this picture was taken when that one was about 4 days old... (Jordn got me the pink,/yellow/ orange bouquet on te right and the single rose bouquet on the left. Anne got me the lovely one in the center.)
Sunday,killer_queen___ took me fabric shopping, out to eat, and spent some quiet time in a small bar in Ballard, just me and him. We certainly do not spend enough time together like that. It was very nice! Later we played even more video games....
