Stillbourne has multiple meanings:
1 still (being) bourne: Im am constantly creating new things, dreaming new dreams, reinventing old ones... I never stop being reborn.
2 Still (peaceful) bourne (waters): I am still trying to achieve peace in my mind... it is a reminder everyday to try to tame my anxiety.
3. stillbourne: an uber-gawthe way of spelling dead baby.... and "Dead Babies" is an Alice Cooper song. "..and what's more shocking than a truckload of dead babies? the live one at the bottom eating its way out...." - Alice Cooper
