I want to say an art store. :/

Only other places I can think of where I could've seen it:
-Uwajimaya or some other hole in the wall shop in the I.D. (Probably worth asking around at the asian stores in White Center)
-Costume and Display
-the asian import shop next to the university bookstore

I remember looking for one to go with some rice powder I had purchased.
