Sorry for your woes... I am no lover of corporate machines, but I do have to say that it's really the venue and the performers choices which lead to peeps paying the extra duckets. I used to work for them; For Future Reference: most of the time if you go directly to the venue's box office you avoid all extra fees AND you pay lower charges in person than on the phone with TM. Unfortunately most of the people who do work for ticketbastard are morons who don't really give a shit - I actually knew what I was doing and shared the good little nuggets of info with my customers and that's why they loved me (and why working there ultimately disgusted me). THE GOOD NEWS: you can call the Ticketmaster # and ask the agent all kinds of questions about where you can purchase and how much extra it will cost (or save) - ALL of that info is available to them with a few keystrokes and every one of them should be giving you clear answers - if they're not, make 'em get up off their lazy ass and get the info from someone with a clue (and believe it or not, there ARE usually a few of those floating around the call center at any given moment). Just wanted you to know that you have alternatives to paying extra over the phone - giving you the inside skinny ;-) BTW what did you get tix for? Have fun!! :-) Smooches K
