The hem on the first one annoys me, and I can't help but think that it would feel more pulled together with a fuller skirt, to echo the 'cut away' design on the top.

The bottom dress is an interesting design, that would look better on a model with less pointy hip bones.

Seriously! Especially the way the hips jut out in the second one. If people can see your pelvis through your clothes, you are too thin!

Oh, and it's really cool how both photos have a model in white walking away at alomst the exact angle that a mirror refleciton would be! That's the best part.
